Started the operation of the electric vehicle (EV) system

In anticipation of the spread of EVs due to the decarbonization trend, our company has adopted EVs as corporate vehicles and introduced our IT systems necessary for the efficient operation of EVs. Currently, all employees are using it conveniently.

Specifically, we are utilizing the following functions in the application.

• Booking system: Employees can reserve vehicles using their smartphones.

• Electronic key: After reservation, an electronic key is sent to the smartphone. This allows usage without direct handover of keys.

• Vehicle management: Obtaining odometer values for maintenance purposes. Additionally, managing the utilization of vehicles.

• Operation analysis: Performing usage trend analysis on when, in which areas, and how much usage occurred.

• Eco-degree: Displaying the contribution degree of CO2 reduction compared to gasoline and diesel vehicles. Attached is a sample screen for visualizing the eco-degree.

In the future, we also plan to provide EVs for business use to other companies.
