We have started operating the electric vehicle (EV) system.

In anticipation of the spread of EVs due to the trend toward decarbonization, our company has adopted EVs as company vehicles and has introduced our own IT systems necessary for the efficient operation of EVs. Currently, all employees are using it conveniently.

Specifically, we are utilizing the following functions in the application.

• Reservation System: Employees can reserve vehicles using their smartphones.

• Electronic Key: After making a reservation, the electronic key is sent to the smartphone. This allows for use without direct handover of the key.

• Vehicle Management: Obtain odometer readings to facilitate maintenance, and manage the utilization of vehicles.

• Operation Analysis: Perform usage trend analysis, such as when and in which areas the vehicles were used.

• Eco-Friendliness: Display the contribution to CO2 reduction compared to gasoline and diesel vehicles. Attached is a sample screen visualizing eco-friendliness.

In the future, we also plan to offer these EVs for corporate use.
