Starting a Car Sharing Demonstration Experiment for Electric Vehicles in Nagano Prefecture

On November 24, 2021 (Wednesday), with the cooperation of the Civic Innovation Base "Sunaba" located in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, we commenced a demonstration experiment for car sharing of electric vehicles (hereinafter referred to as EV).

The experiment will be available exclusively to Sunaba members for two weeks starting from the same day.

Since the facility is also used by new residents from urban areas and those living in dual locations, it will be provided as a means of local transportation for such individuals.

Furthermore, this experiment is being conducted with the cooperation of related parties to promote the use of public transportation and to gauge the demand for EVs.
