On September 19, 2025, Zenmov Corporation entered into a business partnership agreement with Macnica, Inc. Together, they will progress the joint development and social implementation of next-generation mobility services tailored to the needs of each region by combining Macnica's subsidiary Navya Mobility products and Zenmov's SMOC (Smart Mobility Operation Cloud).
