Report on Hiring Vietnamese New Graduates at Sun Asterisk

Sun Asterisk is known as a company that actively promotes the hiring and development of engineers overseas, particularly in Vietnam.

Through collaboration with top local universities, hosting job fairs, and cultivating highly skilled IT personnel who are proficient in Japanese, they have developed a global hiring strategy that has produced many excellent candidates.

The company has established a consistent support system for recruitment, employment in Japan, and career development.

Recently, we at Zenmov had the opportunity to utilize Sun Asterisk's Vietnamese new graduate IT engineer hiring program.

Through this program, we conducted online company presentations for many Vietnamese students and received applications that exceeded our expectations. After document screening, we held the first round of interviews, and the final interview was conducted on Saturday, November 29, at Sun Asterisk in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The Sun Asterisk office features a stylish café counter. Visiting this stylish space was a valuable experience for the recruitment team.

Our CTO Manaka and Business Development Manager Tokuda participated in the final interview.

As a result, it has been decided to hire four outstanding Vietnamese university students as new graduates engineers.

Two will join Zenmov in November 2025, and the remaining two will start in November 2026.

All four are scheduled to come to Japan after graduation and will work as engineers at Zenmov.

The four hired candidates will use the period until graduation to focus on improving their Japanese language proficiency and acquiring engineering skills.

This will help them prepare to smoothly handle tasks in Japan.

Additionally, we plan to provide opportunities for them to participate in Zenmov projects as interns while still in school, enabling them to gain practical experience.
