Service Usage Period

Unless otherwise agreed, the service period shall be one (1) month or one (1) year from the Service Commencement Date, depending on the plan applied for. However, if neither the customer nor the Company gives written notice of refusal to extend the service period to the other party at least one month prior to the expiration of the service period, the service period shall be further extended for the same period, and the same shall apply thereafter.

Cancellation or Termination of Application

Cancellation of the Service after application for the Service or mid-term cancellation during the Service Period is not allowed. However, the Service fee for the period up to the expiration of the Service Period may be paid as a cancellation fee in a manner determined by the Company (if already paid, the fee shall not be refunded). However, the Service fee for the period up to the expiration of the Service Period may be cancelled during the Service Period by paying the cancellation fee in a manner specified by the Company (if already paid, it shall not be returned).
